Loads of Guelph content in gold game
By Paul Osborne, Guelph Tribune There are many reasons why someone is driven to purchase season tickets for an Ontario Hockey League team. It is a great way to support your home team and community, it is a fun night out shared by couples, friends or parents and children and the price is usually right.

Four points a nice score on tough trip
By Paul Osborne, Gueph Tribune As the New Orleans Saints were driving towards the feel good victory of the sporting world on Sunday, the Guelph Storm was keeping their playoff hopes alive on a much quieter scale. They took home four of a possible six points from the always demanding eastern road swing through Kingston, Belleville and Ottawa.

Goalie Shines
By Paul Osborne, Guelph Tribune If the Guelph Storm are to rise from the dead and actually make a push for the playoffs goaltender Brandon Foote is going to have to the play the way he did in Sunday’s 5-3 win over the Erie Otters. The Otters, playing their third game in two-and-a-half days dominated the Storm for the first 30 minutes of the game but Foote stood on his head to keep his club in it.

Moves may be on way
By Paul Osborne - 'From the Stands', Guelph Tribune - In a week that saw the Guelph Storm trade captain Matt Kennedy to Barrie, there appears to be more moves afoot. As the Storm put in one of their best efforts in weeks, a 4-3 win over the Plymouth Whalers on Saturday, young goaltender Joel Vienneau of the Kingston Voyageurs sat with Guelph goaltending coach Mike Parson.
